When nobody else could help, they were able to get the part we needed when everybody else said it would take days to order. So thank you, as no hot water and heat with 3 children would have been miserable.
I’d struggled to find a reliable plumber to fix a pressure loss problem on my Potterton™ boiler. Some plumbers simply refused to work on it or made excuses. I just wish I’d called Carl sooner. He was extremely helpful on the phone explaining what the causes could be and within minutes of arriving he’d identified the fault. A few minutes later, it was fixed. I won’t hesitate in using TGS/Carl next time I need a boiler service or have a fault.
